Years have gone by since we realised that single use plastic bottles were bad for the environment but still we continue to consume them at a rapid rate.

Of course in years gone by almost all bottles and jars were made of glass and so it’s no surprise that we find ourselves buying glass drinking bottles again.

Glass is a wonderful material to make drinking bottles from, it’s very hard wearing and lasts a long time. As well as that, glass bottles are super simple to keep clean and of course you can see exactly whats in them as they are transparent most of the time.

With modern technology it has been possible to make bottles in all shapes and sizes allowing for some wonderful and innovative designs to emerge.

It’s encouraging to see that companies are not only rising to the challenge of providing an alternative to the single use bottle but also that they want to make life just a little bit better with superb design and functionality enhancements.
