Delivery Costs, Methods and Timings
We partner with Royal Mail for all deliveries within the UK mainland and Northern Ireland and offer free UK standard delivery for orders over £50.
- Standard Delivery (within 5-7 working days) up to £20 – £1.99
- Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked Delivery (within 2-3 working days) under £50 – £3.49
- Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked Delivery (within 2-3 working days) £50 and over – FREE
- Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked Delivery (within 1-2 working days) – £4.49
Please note: delivery times are estimates and should not be considered a guarantee.
In the majority of cases, orders placed on our website before 12:00PM (noon) Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day however during busy periods there may be a delay of between 1 and 3 days before orders are dispatched. Orders placed after 12 noon will be sent the following working day.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 working days then please contact us so we can investigate and you must notify us within 30 days of your order being dispatched, notifying us after this period may be subject to a refund not being issued.
If you have either our lyfeSwap or lyfeEssentials membership then we encourage you to include one off purchases in your regular delivery as they ship for free.
Please do remember that we are an online shop and unlike marketplace businesses we hold everything in stock therefore 99.9% of the time you’ll receive all of your items in one packaging and delivery slot.
Your Contact Details & Delivery Address
You must check the name and address details entered are correct at the point of checkout.
As you might expect, we can’t tell if you enter the contact names or addresses incorrectly and so hold no responsibility for delivery errors caused due to this reason. If you realise you’ve made an error after your order has been placed please contact us immediately as we might be able to correct things before your items are dispatched.
Unfortunately, if your parcel is returned to us due to incorrect customer information we will not be able to offer a full refund however we are happy to resend the items if you are happy to pay for redelivery.
When packaging your products we use various eco friendly packing materials however, we will where possible, reuse boxes and void fillers that we receive from our own suppliers. “Reuse” over “buy new” is in our DNA and we encourage you to do the same with the packaging you receive from us.

To keep your products safe in transit we use either packing paper which is recyclable, biodegradable and plastic free or packing peanuts. Our peanuts are also recyclable, biodegradable and plastic free.
