Returns Policy

We want you to enjoy the best possible experience with us and the products we introduce therefore if you are not entirely happy with the products you can take advantage of our 28 day money back guarantee. We’ll give you a full refund as long as:

  • You received your product 28 days ago or less
  • There is no damage to the product
  • The product must arrive with us in an “as new” condition with packaging unopened, not marked and any tags intact.
  • You have your proof of purchase and/or order number
  • Your item is covered by our returns policy (items that aren’t are listed below)

Please Note: We will be unable to offer an exchange or give a refund if the goods returned are not in a saleable condition.

If you no longer have the card you originally paid with we cannot offer you a refund. In this case we are able to provide an exchange for the same amount.

Products that aren’t covered by our returns policy

  • Any personalised or custom made products or items that have been specifically altered for you.
  • Any pierced body jewellery including earrings
  • Any item that is part of another product such as a gift box. In this case the entire gift box would need to be returned
  • Any product from our Feminine Hygiene range
  • Gift cards and vouchers

Missing, broken or faulty products

If there are missing items from your order or your products are delivered to you broken or faulty you have the right to either exchange or refund that product.

How to return items

If you wish to return an item please send an email to [email protected] with the following information:

  1. Your order number
  2. The name of the product you wish to return
  3. The reason for the return
  4. Your return preference, either refund or exchange

We’ll send you a returns address label for you to use which you’ll need to print and attach to the parcel. When packing please protect the products using a strong box and adequate packing material. Ideally use the same box and material that the product arrived in from us.

Processing the return

Once we receive your product we’ll put the refund process into action straight away.

The product will be accessed against our returns policy. If accepted we will process the exchange/refund. Please be aware this can take up to 14 days to complete.

Any order purchased through a gift voucher will be refunded through another gift voucher. If you bought the product as a gift unfortunately we are unable to process a refund to the gift recipient.
