Ice Cream for Breakfast Day, Seriously?
Depending on where you live in the world “Ice Cream for Breakfast Day” is celebrated on either the first Saturday or Sunday of the month of February.
Started back in the 1960s in the US by Florence Rappaport who decided that it was a great way to entertain her children during the hash snowy days in New York.
Since then the Rappaport family have spread the word and the day is now celebrated right across the world as far as China, New Zealand, Germany, United Kingdom and Namibia!
In the UK we’ll be celebrating this day on Sunday 6th February and we think it’s just a wonderful relaxed way to start the day on a winters morning.
