There’s no doubt this towel from Demmex is excellent for travelling.
This towel is thin so it’s by no means the softest, most luxurious towel in this review however it makes up for it in other ways.
Being super thin means it dries fast and during our testing, it was very resistant to sand. Weighing in at just 340g it’s an absolute dream to carry compared to other towels in its class.
I absolutely love the number of different colours and designs. There should be a towel in this range to suit everyone’s taste.
Quality along with the softness is good but not great but that is reflected in the price.
Overall a good towel that’s perfect for travelling light.

The LuksLinen Rulo Peshtemal makes a wonderful Turkish beach towel.
As an unboxing experience, it was great to see that all the packaging is fully recyclable and this along with the towel being made from 100% organic cotton makes this product and its packaging truly zero waste.
The quality of this towel is exceptional, its fine weave ensures that it effectively repels sand.
The Rulo Peshtemal may be thinner than some towels but that doesn’t affect how soft it is. The 100% Turkish cotton ensures it feels incredibly soft against your skin and offers superb absorbency.
Caring for your towel is also nice and simple, durability is great as the towel retains its shape and colour after several washes.
The only negative thing to mention is that the colour choices are a little limited and the price tag is on the expensive side. Having said this, the Rulo towel is absolutely worth it.
One final thing to mention is that LukLinen does not make Turkish beach towels specifically however these Peshtemals are ideal as bath and beach towels as well as blankets, throws and even a sorong!

The first thing that stands out about the Soltako Turkish beach towel is simply the huge number of colour/design variations. I challenge anyone not to find a towel they like from this range!
The second thing is the beautiful packaging the towels arrived in. The presentation of this beach towel is excellent and so if you are looking to gift a Turkish beach towel then this could be the product for you.
All packaging is zero waste as well.
From a usability perspective, the towel is absorbent, soft and sand resistant.
The quality of the towel seemed good however after a couple of washes seemed to lose just a little of its colour crispness. It’s not enough to warrant worrying about, just something to expect should you go ahead and make a purchase.
Overall a good towel, beautifully presented.

This towel is large, one of the largest I reviewed.
At 100cm x 200cm and only 820g, this towel lays flat. Wetcat claims that it packs 50% less than a regular towel and from the testing I performed I think that is right.
For whatever reason the towel wasn’t as absorbent as some of the other towels I reviewed however it does still remove water from your body effectively
Aside from this smaller drawback the quality of the towel is great, it’s lovely and soft with a great drying time.
I performed the sand test and it was one of the better performing towels, with the sand simply falling away from the towel itself.
Caring for this towel is also nice and easy, simply place in your washing machine with other similar items.
In summary, a really good quality towel which will easily stand up to beach life.

Cacala Lightweight Turkish Beach Towel

This towel is a great lightweight option but still a large towel overall.
I think the stand out benefit of these towels is the vibrant colours. It’s quite common for Turkish towels to have more natural colours but not Paradise Series.
Blues, reds, greens and yellows are all colours used in the Cacala range which will add a real vibrance to your day at the beach.
The absorbency of the towel is great, the softness is also good and the towel feels of good quality.
If I was being really picky, the drying time is not as good as some of the other towels I tested.
A great quality towel at a reasonable price.
