How do you use me?

Vegan Toothpaste

• Place a pea-sized amount of paste onto your toothbrush using the bamboo spatula
• Brush your teeth as normal, leave longer than 2 minutes for extra remineralisation.

Natural Mouthwash Tablets

• Simply dissolve a single tablet in 20ml water
• Gargle the liquid for at least 30 seconds
• Spit out but don’t rinse

Natural Dental Floss

• Pull out approximately 30cm of floss from the glass flint
• To control position roll around your thumbs
• Floss gently and slowly between teeth making sure you get close to the gum line

How do you look after me?

• Store in a warm, dry place
• Once opened use within 12 months
• Ensure no water enters the jar to avoid bacteria growth
